Welcome to Hunter’s Ridge Apartments in Elgin, IL. We hope you enjoy living in our newly renovated community.
We encourage residents to activate their Tenant Portal, which allows you to schedule, pay and track rent payments securely online. This portal also allows you to communicate routine property-related concerns to us at your convenience. In case of a property emergency, where property or resident safety is at risk, please contact 911 immediately and then contact our office.
We are a pet-friendly community with our own dog park. Our pet policy allows 2 pets per home, with no weight limit. Click here
to see a list of breed restrictions. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee, and a pet deposit.
We encourage residents to be good neighbors and to treat their apartment home as if it were their own. Please leave common areas the way you found them and please be respectful of others who are enjoying our community-wide amenities. If you know of someone who would be a good neighbor, we appreciate referrals.
